A Study on the Development of Students' core Literacy in University English Teaching

English teaching at the university level should not be merely of mere theoretical knowledge, but explore students' core literacy and cultivate it in process, so that students can develop scientific logic enhance their self-worth through inculcation quality education while possessing basic subject knowledge.
